Where: Frogmary Green Farm, West Street, South Petherton
Opening Time: From 11am – Until 4pm
Admission Cost: FREE ENTRY – food & drinks available to purchase
Nick & Claire Bragg from Frogmary Green Farm, are passionate about ‘farm to fork’ education and providing food for thought, hence why they are inviting everyone to come and discover what really happens beyond the farm gate.
Come and see the animals (chickens, cows, sheep, pigs & goats) & crops down on the farm, this year we have been filming our chickens and crops for you to see what happens throughout the year. There will be a digger challenge, craft area for children, a quiz for all the family and for those of you who love tractors and machinery there will be plenty on show too! The British Potato Council will be here with their promotion trailer cooking samples of new potatoes. Enjoy the peace and beauty of the countryside on our guided farm walk. Why not make a day of it and bring a picnic to enjoy with family and friends around our lakes and arboretum?
This is an all-weather event but please remember to wear suitable clothing and footwear. Sorry but only Guide Dogs welcome.
