we mean…Nick Bragg!
At this time of year, it can be easy to forget that there are people who are facing daily struggles and for them, Christmas can be a very difficult time especially if dealing with financial difficulties. Nick is raising money for the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institute,
a charity that makes a huge difference to agricultural people in need at Christmastime and throughout the rest of year.
TRI, TRI, TRI AGAIN!
Although the challenge is still more than six months away, Nick has been training since May this year and has already cycled his way through over 3,500 miles - including the completion of 6 triathlons - in preparation for his cycle across Canada. The challenge is one thing, but the training required to be challenge fit is a feat in itself. With this in mind, we’ve decided to keep a diary of Nick’s training and share the cycling miles with you in hope that you’ll boost Nick’s moral with motivational messages and a donation to support R.A.B.I.
The focus of Nick’s training has moved from triathlons to strength building and getting plenty of miles in those legs…nothing that a few four-hour Spinning sessions won’t cure!
So, if you’re looking for another gift to give this Christmas, please show your support for R.A.B.I. No matter how much, every donation makes those miles worthwhile for Nick and means even more to the people that your donation will help.
