Our Sausage Making course is run by Bonners of Ilminster, a traditional family-run butcher with a long list of accolades including recommendations from Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Clarissa Dickson Wright.
With their expert advice and fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you'll learn the tricks of the trade and leave with all your own handmade sausages.

Bonners the Butchers feel it's important to share the knowledge they've gained in their trade. If we are not careful, there will be a generation that will have never experienced shopping at a butchers!
Bonners try to correct this by making the consumer more aware of what they are buying and giving a service and access to knowledge that supermarkets can only dream of. They love the interaction with the people on the courses. It's not meant to be too serious and you can have a giggle.
About the Tutor
Clinton Bonner started in the trade working in my father's shop at the age of 14. He went to Smithfield College of Food Technology for three years at the age of 18 and has been at Bonners the Butchers, of Ilminster, ever since.
