LIVE WELL: Diary worthy dates with family, friends and work colleagues

Our cookery course line up has been vamped up for 2018 with a selection of new courses including Pasta Making, Cupcake Making and Thai Cookery! Don’t worry, you’ll still find your firm favourites such as our Cheese Making courses and Sausage Making course, the first two courses of which are already booked up! Don’t hang around; book your place now!

This month, Vivien Lloyd will be hosting a Marmalade Make and Bake course on the Sunday 21st January. A delightfully zesty day spent making traditional Seville Orange Marmalade and marmalade inspired bakes. If you’re interested in attending any of our courses, check out What’s On!

Birthdays coming up? Our courses make great gifts too. Gift vouchers are available to buy online or just give us a call!

We’re excited to be hosting lots of great events in 2018. Here’s some dates for your diary!

LEARN WELL: Education at The S.H.E.D

The S.H.E.D – Schools’ Health Education Den – opened June last year and is a resource for schools and other targeted groups, to educate and encourage children and families in growing and cooking food as well as help and advice on how to make healthy choices and the positive impact of healthy eating on personal wellbeing. The S.H.E.D’s location on a real working farm reinforces the field to fork ethos and the surrounding farm provides a growing area, forest school and much more beyond the fence.

If you’re looking for a new and interesting environment for teaching and learning, you can find more about The S.H.E.D here > Somerset Children and Young People Health and Wellbeing

WORK WELL: Conferences at Frogmary Green Farm

Our former potato shed underwent a dramatic transformation back in 2014 and became…cue sliding doors, gallons of dry ice and your favourite ‘Stars in their Eyes’ host…our cookery school and conference rooms.

Frogmary Green Farm offers ideal conference and meeting facilities, easily found just off the A303.

Our fully equipped conference hall has all your tech needs, free wifi, complimentary stationery, free onsite parking and space for up to 100 delegates, theatre style.

We also have a smaller meeting room for break-away sessions and smaller gatherings

Our peaceful surroundings are perfect for a spot of fresh air during breaks and our cookery school will serve up a full range of catering options – prepared onsite with locally sourced ingredients - to keep all well fed and watered. Plus, our cookery courses are perfect for team building or away days and can be planned to your needs. You know what they say about all work and no play!

We hold conferences, events and meetings for a growing range of businesses including solicitors, accountants, the NHS, schools and charities. If you would like to know more, please call or email us and we’d be very happy to help you plan your event.

We’ll be back next month with Bragg’s Blog. Look out for the latest instalment on our website and keep an eye on facebook and twitter for more updates.
